The 2014 Don and Barbara Davis Lecture in Christianity Studies
Lloyd Steffen is a Professor of Religion Studies, University Chaplain and Director of the Lehigh Prison Project at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. Author or editor of eleven books, his most recent are Ethics and Experience: Moral Theory from Just War to Abortion (2012) and the forthcoming The Ethics of Death: Religious and Ethical Perspectives in Dialogue. Steffen has been the NGO representative to the United Nations for the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice and currently serves on the National Leadership Council for Americans United for Separation of Church and State.A reception will be held after the lecture. Public Parking will be available across the street in Arps Garage.
