Dorry Noyes gives Keynote Address and Finishes Fellowship

Dorry Noyes, Professor of Comparative Studies and English, gave the keynote address "Résister au blocage? Exit, Voice and Loyalty dans les républiques fatiguées" at the conference Culture(s) et résistance aujourd'hui (Sixth International Conference of Cultural Geography, Anthropology, and Cultural Studies in Languedoc-Roussillon), at the University of Nîmes, France, on June 20th.

Earlier in May and June Dorry was at the University of Göttingen finishing up her service as a Fellow of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Cultural Property, which ran from 2008 to 2014. She and two of the project PIs are putting the final touches on a long essay, "Sustainable Interdisciplinarity: Social Research as Social Process."
