Rachel Wortman Morris is the Director of the Future Skill Initiative–Talent & Employability program at Microsoft. She was one of the creators behind the Microsoft Learn for Educators program and former co-director of the Microsoft AI Business School. Dr. Wortman Morris is also a clinical assistant professor in the School of Public Health at the University of Washington.
