Comparison as Method series hosts Maria Cotera

As part of the "Comparison as Method" workshop series Professor Maria Cotera (U Michigan, Ann Arbor) will speak on "'Between the Lines':  Comparison and the Poetics of Difference" on Monday, October 21, from 4:30 to 6:30, in the University Museum in University Hall. The event will be moderated by Professor Theresa Delgadillo (Comparative Studies), and there will be two commentators, Professor Julia Watson (Comparative Studies) and Professor Paloma Martinez-Cruz (Spanish & Portuguese). Contact Professor Nina Berman for access to a chapter by Professor Cotera that will be the basis for the discussion.
