Academic Program Coordinator Mark Anthony Arceño led a virtual cooking demonstration on Thursday, March 4th, via Zoom with graduate students Emma Cobb, Sarah Craycraft, Rhiar Kanouse, Nicole Stevens, Jasmine Stork, and Graduate Studies Chair Dr. Melissa Curley. On our menu were pan-seared chicken breast and gravy; cheesy potatoes dauphinoise; and a whipped mousse made with chocolate and water. Check out the gallery above to see our culinary creations!
