Cristina Benedetti recently received a seed grant from the OSU Democracy Studies Program to help fund her dissertation fieldwork on the logistics of public gatherings on the National Mall in Washington D.C.  OSU’s Center for the Study of Democracy is an interdisciplinary center dedicated to the scholarly examination of democracy’s norms, procedures and institutions as they develop and transform over time.
