Noah Tamarkin Awarded Prize at American Anthropological Association Meeting

Last Friday, Noah Tamarkin was awarded a prize at the 114th Annual meeting of the American Anthropological Association in Denver, Colorada. He was awarded The General Anthropology Division (GAD) Prize for Exemplary Cross-Field Scholarship for outstanding scholarship that crosses two or more subfields of anthropology or that is interdisciplinary in nature. Noah won this award for his article, Genetic Diaspora: Producing Knowlegde of Genes and Jews in Rural South Africa
