Professor David Horn appointed ASC Associate Executive Dean of Undergraduate Education

Professor David Horn has been appointed as the new College of Arts and Sciences Associate Executive Dean of Undergraduate Education!

Professor Horn has been with the Department of Comparative Studies since 1990, and served as Chair from 1999-2008, during which he helped create the Comparative Studies undergraduate major. His tenure includes service on the University Senate and as secretary to the Board of Trustees. 

"As associate executive dean, Horn will have direct oversight of areas that shape the undergraduate experience in the College of Arts and Sciences — including curriculum and instruction, course and program approval, undergraduate recruitment, advising, honors, scholarships and career success. He will work with colleagues across the college and the university to intensify the value and impact of the liberal arts education and experience."
