During the winter break, Tom Kasulis, Professor of Comparative Studies and Director of the Center for the Study of Religion, participated in three Japanese university colloquia focusing on the recent Japanese translation of his book, Shinto: the way home. Nominated for the Grawemeyer Award (“Best Book in Religion” 2005)  Shinto has also been translated into Spanish and is available as an audio book. The colloquia were hosted by Tsukuba, Tokyo, and Nanzan Universities.
